Location: Kantvik Harbour is situated in Kirkkonummi, 36km W of Helsinki. General overview: The Port of Kantvik consists of two harbour areas (one area is operated by the Port of Helsinki). The other harbour area is operated by Oy Kantvik Shipping Ltd. The company offers vessel and cargo handling services in port through its own stevedoring department. The port has 3 Quays: - North Quay (Length 110m // Depth 9.8m) - Crane (8t) - Multipurpose Crane - Conveyor Handles coal, aluminium, soya beans, raw sugar, coal. - Small Quay (Length 50m // Depth 5.9m) Handles sugar and soya oil. - South Quay (Length 60m // Depth 9.2m) - Multipurpose Crane Handles coal and gypsum stone.
