Location: The Port of Floro is located between Bergen and Aalesund in Norway, and it is known as the westernmost port in the country. Fuglekjar Terminal at the Port of Floro provides a platform to handle container and Ro-Ro vessels, while several private wharves are also available for use. The port boasts a shipyard and Fjord Base, an offshore oil industry logistics provider. Additionally, a granite loading quarry situated approximately 10km north of Floro at Bremanger. The primary imports at the port are steel, steel products (oil well casing from Japan), grain, and fish oil. In contrast, frozen fish is the primary export.
