Location: Nynashamn port is situated 60km S of Stockholm. General overview: The port is well sheltered and the entrance channel is very easy to navigate. The combined terminal area for vehicles and goods totals 50,000m². Road and rail links with Stockholm. The port has a deep channel for VLCC crude oil tankers arriving at the Nynas Terminal. Traffic figures: Approx 1,300 vessels with a total of 2,400,000DWT and 346,000t of cargo visit the port annually. Load line zone: Summer Zone for ships over 100m in length and Winter Zone for ships of 100m or less in length. Winter Nov 1 to Mar 31, Summer Apr 1 to Oct 31. Max size: Ferry harbour: Length 202m, beam 30m, draught 7.5m. Nynas Oil Terminal: Max LOA 300m, draught 13.0m increased up to 15.3m with special permission. AGA LNG: LOA 160m, draught 9.0m.
